Refunds
If the product is a digital one and you are experiencing difficulty with your download please contact me at teresakelley396@icloud.com. I will work with you to fix any technical issue you may be experiencing.  If you are not satisfied or we are unable to correct your issue  you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at teresakelley396@icloud.com.
