Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

Exceptions

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience a technical issue with your file — such as a corrupted download or a file that cannot be opened — please contact us within 7 days of purchase at [your email address] and we will work to resolve the issue by providing a replacement file or issuing a refund at our discretion.
