Digital downloads

Are your products physical?

No. Our products are digital downloads, so no physical item will be shipped.

How do I get my download?

After your order is complete, a download link is sent to the email address you entered at checkout. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder. Contact us if you need help finding your download.

What files are included?

File formats and contents vary by product. Review the product description for the included files, formats, and page counts before purchasing.

Refunds and support

Can I get a refund?

Because our products are digital, all sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, we can’t offer a refund or exchange. Change-of-mind, accidental-purchase, and device or software incompatibility situations are not refundable.

What if a file is corrupted or won’t open?

Contact us within 7 days of purchase at teresakelley396@icloud.net. We’ll work to resolve the issue with a replacement file or, at our discretion, a refund.
